How UltraPulse® CO2 Works?

This fractional CO2 laser works relatively similar to the process of aerating a lawn. It punches thousands of microscopic holes into the skin, which causes the skin to grow into holes, making new skin, which appears younger-looking, with fewer flaws, and thicker. Our skin loses 1% of its thickness per year, and the UltraPulse® CO2 reverses some of this thinning by stimulating new collagen growth.

Additionally, treatments with UltraPulse® CO2 can be customized to penetrate different depths through the three treatment modes, ActiveFX™, DeepFX™, and TotalFX™. ActiveFX™ targets only a small portion of the skin’s surface, making it ideal for treating fine lines and uneven skin texture. DeepFX™ targets conditions with a dermal component, making it suitable for treating wrinkles, acne scars, scarring, and saggy skin.
